THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TOWN CENTRE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS CONTRACT
The London Borough of Bromley invites expressions of interest from companies to design and supply of Christmas Lights for 4 of its town centres (Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington and Penge) covering a 3 year contract 2010 to 2012. The successful company will deliver an innovative lighting scheme that enhances the experience of visitors coming to Bromley’s town centres during the festive season which will include installation, maintaining and dismantling. Interested parties are required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire which will be dispatched 22nd January 2010 with a return date of 5th February 2010 to demonstrate suitable company experience to enable the Council to create a short list.
Short listed companies will be invited to make a detailed tender submission return date 12th March 2010. Tenders will be evaluated in accordance with best value principles. Contract commencement will be 1st April 2010 to allow the appointed contractor to design and manufacture Christmas Lights in time for Christmas 2010.
