Exterior lighting upgrade at Leeds University
Leeds University has embarked on a £194 million campus development plan.
Exterior lighting will play an important role in creating a safe environment on the university campus, allowing safe passage around the extensive grounds.
WE-EF has illuminated the campus paths using the RFL540 Asymmetric Side Throw (S60) distribution with 48 LED luminaire on 4.5m columns to create secure surroundings with minimal environmental impact.
The RFL500 luminaire utilises the OLC ‘One LED Concept’ butterfly lens that avoids light pollution or spill light and projects light onto the required surface.
