Andrew Gaved, Editor

LA light

Photographer Colin Rich gave up a painstaking six months to shoot his video ‘LA Light’.

Looking to capture the essence of the entertainment capital of the world, Colin says the piece was a labour of love. “I sought to capture the electric radiance of Los Angeles at night[…]Shooting time lapses is a labour of love and a study in patience.”

He also offered advice to others trying to film in LA: “It sure is difficult to shoot around downtown without having homeland security officers, police, or security take notice and harass you. Know your shooting rights!”

The music is provided by Cinematic Orchestra.
