AM Light lands contract in the Middle East

Belfast-based AM Light has secured a major export contract to provide lighting to the Al Wafra Tower in Kuwait.

The company will send 3,000 meters of cold cathode lighting to the affluent area in Kuwait, where the site is situated. The project, which is one of the largest currently underway in Kuwait, will comprise of a large shopping mall, apartments and offices when complete.

Chris McNevison, AM Light sales and marketing manager said, “After submitting proposals for the project and conducting on-site presentations in Kuwait, we were delighted to win this order, particularly as we faced strong competition from Germany, the US and Turkey.”
