Mike Hill set to retire from WE-EF lighting
After setting up the company 15 years ago, Mike Hill is retiring from WE-EF lighting.

Colin Barson will be taking over as the new managing director of the company’s UK operation, with Mike remaining involved until the end of the year to assist in the transition.
Commenting on the changeover, Mike Hill said: “After an exciting and challenging career with WE-EF and thirty five years in the industry, the time for a new man to take the company on the next phase of its journey is right. I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, not only raising the profile of the company but also establishing and maintaining the WE-EF name and reputation with key specifiers to the UK.”
The new managing director Colin Barson added: “It’s not every day that the opportunity arises to head up a forward thinking company with such an impressive range of products. The next twelve months promise to be very exciting indeed.”
