Philips and Trilux enter licence agreement
Philips and Trilux have entered into a licence agreement for the Philips LED Luminaire program. The agreement allows Trilux to access Philips patent portfolio.
Commenting on the agreement, Arian Duijvestijn, general manager of lighting at Philips Intellectual Property & Standards said: “Philips believes that sharing its LED lighting solutions through licensing will accelerate the adoption of LED lighting and foster the growth of the LED industry”
This licence agreement with Trilux follows earlier agreements with Zumtobel, Osram and Siteco.
