Welsh LED specialist Visive joins forces with US firm

LED lighting specialists Visive has entered into a joint venture with Houston-based LED US.

The move comes as the Welsh company aims to increase its sales four-fold to £5 million over the next two years by reaching more international markets.

The companies will join forces to market a new range of general lighting in the UK and Europe. The deal will also see the two companies develop new products and work together on joint projects.

Commenting on the deal, John Scholey, sales development director with Visive said: “The partnership is a logical step for both businesses and will broaden our footprint both domestically and internationally, thanks to an expanded product portfolio and new product development.”
