Anne Sophie Pic restaurant, Beau-Rivage Palace, Switzerland

French chef Anne Sophie Pic has opened a restaurant in the baroque splendour of the 19th century Beau-Rivage Palace in Switzerland. Elektra Lighting’s scheme consists predominantly of concealed lighting. In the day, high level daylight colour cold cathode washes the white ceiling and the area appears to be daylit. In the evening, warm white LED profiles light the textured leather wall panels. Matching LEDs in the glass ledges uplight small objets d’art at night. Fibre optics add sparkle to the bar with its display of cut crystal.
